The answer is yes and no at the same time. If you really like it, then it will be easy. If not, you will find it very complicated and super hard.
and for machine learning you can use open source from Meta (Facebook): PyTorch
I advise you to learn Python using Claude AI because it has an interactive screen feature in the free version. (ask the AI to give you interactive screen for every step).
